Refund Policy
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
With all tags and accessories included
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Returns must be approved before being shipped. Any item sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, such as:
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)
Sale items or gift cards

EXCHANGES
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION – 3-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above (unused, original packaging, etc.).
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
